Trying to help you achieve better health, I will draw from a nutritional model called "Evolutionary Nutrition." This particular model does not try to explain disease from a molecular biological perspective, even though it fits very well in such models. Instead, I am approaching health and wellness in terms of evolutionary biology. Simply put:
